What is the Club Train Experience?

A unique concept for any raver and globetrotter who loves underground clubbing and intimate gatherings. Experience Holland in a traveling club with stages and chill-out areas aboard a train, allowing guests to enjoy live music while exploring the Netherlands. The experience combines music, art, and sightseeing, providing a one-of-a-kind intimate setting for fans and artists to meet and mingle. We have three stages and 400 guests on board!

What does the journey look like?

Tickets include access to all wagons, this includes all stages of the CLUB TRAIN, premium drinks & food bar, chillout areas and the panoramic views come with it :-). The train departs and arrives from Amsterdam Central Station and takes guests on an unforgettable ride through the Dutch landscape.

Where and when should I arrive?

The boarding process starts at 17.15h. Our team will begin scanning tickets and performing a short security check at the back of the announced platform at Amsterdam Central Station. It is important that everyone is on the platform and ready to board when the train pulls in.

You will receive an info mail a few hours before departure. Make sure to check this email as it will contain the correct platform and a QR-Code that will grant you access to the station.

If your ticket was purchased through someone else or Ticketswap, make sure to check for the latest updates and instructions with the seller.

What should I bring?

A valid ID, the QR code to scan your ticket, maybe earplugs. You can leave your bags and coat in the lockers.

What’s the bar policy?

The bar will be stocked with alcoholic beverages, and we ask that all attendees drink responsibly. The bar staff reserves the right to deny service to anyone who appears intoxicated. We expect everybody to realise you are in a unique setting so please drink accordingly.

What should I wear?

Come as your most peculiar self. Everyone is welcome at our events. We love all colors, sizes and levels of experience. As long as it feels like you and it allows you to dance uninhibited for 4 hours, it’s perfect. We love crazy outfits. (High heels only for the very experienced catwalkers though, our dance floor moves at 140km/h.

The temperature inside the train will probably rise once the heat of the party kicks in (despite the built-in temperature regulation. Check beforehand what weather you will get at 10pm when getting off the train in Amsterdam.

Are lockers available?

Yes, in collaboration with Amsterdam Centraal, we have set up a special HUB. There will be 200 lockers available so please use a locker together with a friend.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, tickets are transferable through Ticketswap or via private arrangements. However, it will be your own responsibility to make sure you will have the right information. We recommend contacting the organisation bookings@audacious.events and sharing your email address so they can send you the final info mail before the event.

Will there be a security check?

Yes, all guests will go through a security check upon arrival at the platform. Make sure you arrive at the station by 17h15, so you have enough time to go through the security check and be ready before the train arrives.

Security will check for prohibited items, including drugs, lighters, weapons, alcohol, and other illegal substances. These checks are required by the ADE organization and the municipality of Amsterdam & the train company - and are part of our commitment to a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone on board.

What happens if I miss the train?

The train operates on a strict schedule, and on the regular train tracks. Waiting for late-comers is impossible as it would impact, and possibly create delays, for the national train schedule. No refunds will be provided for missed departures. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.

Can I leave the train during the event?

The train will be in motion for the entire duration of the event. Leaving the train is not permitted during the journey, except in the case of emergencies or if you are removed by security for misconduct.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No, we’ll have both food and a fine selection of beverages available on board, so you won’t go hungry or thirsty.

Can I smoke or vape on the techno train?

No, as like inside any other venue during ADE it is NEVER allowed to smoke or vape inside the train. Due to fire restrictions our security will act very strictly on anybody smoking on board. All toilets have smoke detectors.

There might be a few short smoker stops, but this can’t be guaranteed for every ride due to the strict train schedule and routes that vary between trips.

What if I need to bring medication on board?

If you need to bring prescription medication, bring a valid doctor’s note, the security staff might ask for it when they have doubts. We recommend informing the medical team on board about your condition. You may be asked to store your medication with the medical team, who will administer it to you as needed. Please note that the train will be in motion, so make sure you’ve taken all necessary precautions for your health before boarding.

Is there an age restriction to attend the event?

Yes, the minimum age for attendees is 18 years. Bring valid, original identification. Entry can be denied without proper ID, and no refunds will be issued if you fail to provide proof of age.

Is the train accessible for wheelchair users?

Unfortunately, due to space limitations and the layout of the train, it is not accessible to wheelchair users. The narrow corridors and the design of the event areas make it difficult to accommodate wheelchairs safely.

For individuals with limited mobility, there will be seating available in the chill-out areas. If you have specific mobility concerns, contact us beforehand and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I board the train as an ADE delegate?

Due to the limited capacity of this event, the access will be limited & can not be guaranteed. Make sure to be at the HUB at Central Station 45 min prior to departure.

WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY DATA?

Your data will be stored temporarily in an encrypted folder on a Switzerland-based server, protected under Swiss privacy law with GDPR compliance. We do not share your data with third parties. We will never sell your data. We use ticketing & payment platforms (Eventbrite, Resident Advisor, Bandzoogle, Sumup). Their terms & conditions apply when using their services.

What are the Celebrate Safe Guidelines?

50Hertz Club Train proudly supports the Celebrate Safe initiative, which focuses on creating a safe, enjoyable environment for all attendees.

Key aspects:

• Take care of yourself and others: Discuss your plans with your friends and make sure everyone gets home safely.
• If you’re consuming alcohol or other substances, do so responsibly. Always test any substances beforehand and respect the zero-tolerance policy toward illegal drugs at our events.
• Bring earplugs and avoid standing too close to speakers to protect your hearing.
• Take breaks: Hydrate, cool down, and relax in the chill-out areas.
• Seek consent, respect personal boundaries, and report any harassment to our security team.
• First aid: If you or someone else feels unwell, don’t hesitate to reach out to the first aid team. They’re there to help, and your safety is our priority.
• Plan ahead for your journey home. Never drive if you’ve consumed substances, and make sure to use safe transportation methods. Plenty of options from Amsterdam Centraal.
