Welcome to AMARE's website (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any purchases or bookings you make through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Through this website, you can:
Access information about the artist AMARE, including biography, videos, press pictures, and social media links.
Subscribe to our newsletter.
Submit booking requests.
View tour dates and purchase tickets for events (via Bandsintown).
Purchase merchandise (via our integrated store).
Purchase digital music downloads (via Bandcamp or Beatport).
3. Use of the Website
You may use this website for non-commercial purposes only. You must not misuse the website, including attempts to hack, disrupt services, or engage in illegal activities. Spam submissions through forms will be blocked or ignored.
4. Purchases, Payments & Pricing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may also wire transfer to our bank account or Revolut @amaretechno .
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
Purchases are one-time only; we do not offer subscriptions and do not save your credit card details.
5. Tickets, Refunds & Cancellations
Event tickets: Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may exchange your ticket for a future show or request a voucher of equal value (which can be used for merchandise, tickets for a next event, drink tokens, …). If you want to sell your ticket, we recommend using Ticketswap.
Merchandise: If an item does not fit or is defective, you may exchange it or request a refund within 14 days after receiving the item. Please contact us by email before returning any item. Return instructions will be provided.
Digital downloads: Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. In case of broken links or download failure, please contact us by email so that we can resend the link.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Physical merchandise is shipped via Bpost with a track & trace number. You may also opt to pick up your merch at one of our next shows, or at our studio in the centre of Brussels. In this case, you don't pay for the shipping.
We do our best to ship all orders within one week. You will be updated by e-mail about the delivery time. Delivery times depend on destination; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
For returns, please contact us via email first.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, music, videos, and logos) is protected by copyright and belongs to AMARE.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without prior written consent.
Press kit excemption: Images and materials provided in the official press kit may be used by media outlets, provided the source is credited.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website contains links to third-party platforms (e.g., Bandcamp, Bandsintown, Resident Advisor, YouTube, SumUp Store, Social media and streaming platforms). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or policies of these external sites.
Payments and certain services are processed by third parties; their terms and policies apply.
9. Liability & Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the website is accurate and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from use of the website, downtime, or reliance on third-party services.
No warranties are given for the services or products offered.

A separate Privacy Policy governs how we collect, process, and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR.
We never sell user data to third parties.
